As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Ascendion, located in Vadodara, your work hours will be from 9 AM to 6 PM IST. Your primary role will involve reviewing job descriptions, understanding client requirements, and devising search plans to identify potential candidates who meet the specified criteria. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms. In this role, you will assess applicants based on their experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes scheduling interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Building strong relationships with candidates to earn their trust and secure referrals will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve negotiating employment terms and securing commitments from candidates for current and future job openings. You will be required to submit candidate resumes to hiring managers for evaluation and maintain timely communication with candidates regarding the status of their applications. Regular engagement with candidates through various communication channels like email, voice calls, and video calls will be essential. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, proficiency in MS Office, effective organization and coordination skills, and the capacity to manage relationships effectively. A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements are also crucial for success in this role.
