Location: Baner, Pune (Office No.16, 3rd Floor, Primrose The Mall, Baner, Pune 411069)

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month

Experience : 2–3 Years

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles in our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media etc.

Screening and shortlisting profiles as per job requirements.

Conducting telephonic HR rounds.

Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Ensuring timely closure of all positions.

Coordinating onboarding formalities.

Skills Required:

Strong experience in bulk & mid-level hiring

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment portals & sourcing techniques

Ability to meet deadlines & work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred

Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience
