Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Officer located in Bareilly. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for handling debt collection processes, contacting customers regarding unpaid debts, and negotiating repayment terms. The officer must ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves analyzing financial statements, assessing the risk of default, and implementing strategies to improve recovery rates.

Debt Collection and Finance skills
Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
Strong Analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
