Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of Record to Report professionals in the Financial Services industry, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly financial reports.
  • Review and analyze journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Develop training programs for junior staff members on general ledger accounting principles, GL accounting software, and month-end reporting procedures.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) or similar role in the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in using GL accounting software such as [insert specific software].
