Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of Record to Report professionals in the Financial Services industry, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly financial reports.
Review and analyze journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Develop training programs for junior staff members on general ledger accounting principles, GL accounting software, and month-end reporting procedures.

Job Requirements :

5-10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) or similar role in the Financial Services industry.
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Proficiency in using GL accounting software such as [insert specific software].
Experience with month-end reporting processes and ability to work under tight deadlines.
