What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.Design and implement process and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting. Includes chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer & retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.
What are we looking for? Lead a team of lease accountants ensuring end-to-end accounting, quality review, and reporting across entities.
MBA Finance, CA, CMA, ICWA, CPA7–10 years of experience in RTR / Lease Accounting / Fixed Assets.Strong understanding of ASC 842 and ERP systems.Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.Oversee month/quarter close for lease accounting.Review ARO calculations and lease-related reconciliations.Partner with client teams for data intake and issue resolution.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
