Job Overview:
We are hiring for the role of Associate – International Voice Process. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills or a background in international voice processes, especially in the healthcare domain. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience: 0-4 years

Qualification: Graduate

Shift Time: Night Shift (Male Candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification
• Follow up with insurance carriers and update the status of unpaid claims
• Handle various voice-based processes as per client requirements
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and ensure task completion within SLAs
• Escalate unresolved issues to management
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

• Graduate or undergraduate from any discipline
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Good problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Freshers with relevant voice process background encouraged to apply
• Male candidates only (for night shift)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
• Freshers: Upto ₹23,000 CTC per month
• Attendance bonus: ₹1,500/month
• Retention bonus: ₹25,000 after 1 year
• 5-day workweek
