Reconciliation Officer

The Analyst role at FNZ involves being responsible for the day-to-day production of reconciliations for Corporate/Retail Clients. Your key responsibilities include using the reconciliation tool to investigate, narrate, and manage exceptions in line with the Reconciliations Policy. Additionally, you will ensure service delivery to corporate clients by maintaining accuracy, compliance, and meeting service standards as per clients" KPIs. Your specific responsibilities will include the delivery of operational services to clients and internal partners, fostering collaborative relationships across the Operations business, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality reconciliation outputs, managing data loads, resolving load fails, matching exceptions manually, investigating exceptions, liaising with business areas on break management, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting for risk management. In terms of people management, you will be responsible for maintaining training requirements, promoting a culture of collaboration and ethical decision-making, ensuring compliance with mandatory training, supporting and managing the FNZ culture, and meeting conduct standards. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in reconciliation/financial accounts and an understanding of risk/compliance policies and processes within a financial services business.
