Job Description

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and members with a welcoming attitude
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
  • Handle petty cash, billing, and daily expense records
  • Support management in scheduling and documentation

Customer Service & Space Coordination

  • Address member queries and provide information about facilities
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness & readiness
  • Support marketing or event activities when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
