We are pioneering the responsible access to Vijaya-based Ayurvedic formulations with full compliance to the NDPS Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, and the Bombay Prohibition Act. We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, doctors, vendors, and couriers at our dispensary. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth. Manage patient inquiries and appointment scheduling (in-person, phone, or online). Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with dispensary regulations. Doctor & Patient Assistance: Support in coordinating patient consultations with Ayurvedic doctors. Guide patients through prescription verification, document collection, and consent forms. Assist doctors with scheduling, patient file management, and digital record updates. Provide clear information about dosage instructions as per doctor’s guidance (without giving independent medical advice). Courier & Logistics Handling: Receive and dispatch packages, medicines, and documents with proper record-keeping. Coordinate with courier services for timely delivery and pickup of orders. Ensure storage, handling, and movement of medicinal packages comply with standard operating procedures. Administrative Support: Maintain reception area, dispensary records, and filing systems. Support inventory team with stock entry and vendor coordination when required. Manage internal communications between doctors, patients, and operations staff. Handle billing support, receipt generation, and assist in FSSAI/AYUSH compliance documentation. Customer Experience : Educate patients about Cannacraft’s legal Ayurvedic standing, product categories, and usage guidelines in alignment with AYUSH norms. Ensure patients are provided with disclaimers and necessary aftercare instructions as prescribed. Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
