About the Role
We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our real estate corporate office. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage front-desk responsibilities, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the concerned departments.
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and maintain visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and correspondence.
Support the HR/Admin team with documentation, filing, and basic data entry.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments if required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
Uphold the firm’s professional image while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or diploma in Administration/Front Office Management.
Prior experience as a receptionist/front office executive, preferably in real estate or corporate firms.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality and professional etiquette.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment handling.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
