Key Responsibilities

Welcome and guide guests with grace, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Operate a multi‑line phone system with precision, directing calls promptly and courteously.

Maintain the reception area and meeting spaces to the highest standards of order, presentation, and comfort.

Support daily administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and meticulous record‑keeping.

Uphold utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and decorum in every interaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A graduate in any discipline, proficient in spoken and written English.

Prior experience in a front‑office or guest‑facing role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities, combined with an instinct for service excellence.

Immaculate grooming and a confident, approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in MS Office and a comfort with general office technology.
