Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist ( Female)

Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years (preferred)
Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor records and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room bookings.
  • Receive and sort mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, office supplies).
  • Provide support to HR/Admin teams when required.
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Customer service attitude.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Intermediate (Any discipline).
