Job Description

1. Clinic Operations & Staff Management

Oversee daily functioning of the clinic
Supervise and schedule staff (front desk, therapists, assistants)
Ensure smooth coordination between doctors and team
Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and client readiness

2. Patient Handling & Communication

Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled clients
Explain treatment plans, pre- and post-care, and resolve patient queries
Maintain a warm, professional, and trustworthy atmosphere

3. Lead Management & Conversion

Actively follow up with leads from Instagram, JustDial, WhatsApp, etc.
Convert inquiries into consultations and treatments
Build local networks (salons, gyms, cafes, corporates) to drive footfall

4. Business Growth & Marketing Coordination

Work with marketing team to track promotions, offers, and online leads
Collect testimonials, before-after pictures (with consent), and patient feedback
Suggest local events, partnerships, or marketing ideas to boost visibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
