Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Visitor and call management: Greet visitors professionally, direct them to the correct person or department, and answer and forward phone calls.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Manage calendars, book conference rooms, and schedule meetings.
  • Mail and deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, sort and distribute items, and coordinate courier pickups.
  • Administrative support: Perform tasks like filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining general office records.
  • Office upkeep: Keep the reception area clean and organized, and monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
  • Security and protocols: Manage visitor logs, issue access badges, and ensure security procedures are followed.
