Job Description

Kroyf Lab and Cor is seeking a well-organized and professional Reception & Administrative Executive to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in handling office coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations including phone calls, emails, and visitor handling.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and records in an organized manner.
  • Assist in administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Handle courier dispatch and inward register.
  • Support HR or purchase teams with documentation as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in reception or administrative roles (pharma background preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,092.57 - ₹25,843.33 per month
