As a Front Desk Executive, your primary role will involve handling the front desk and maintaining visitor records. You will be responsible for managing administrative chores and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. Your duties will include creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and customers, along with managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy. A key aspect of this role will be greeting and welcoming clients, customers, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff member or department, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Additionally, you will be required to take care of general everyday tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies. To excel in this position, you should have excellent knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping, as well as proficiency in English, both oral and written. Strong communication and people skills, good organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for this role.
