  • Handle customer enquires via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, etc., and to screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the concerned departments.
  • Excellent with managing clients and front desk activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible for all the activities related to Front Desk/Reception.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments, ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and packages and distributing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Front Office Executive or Receptionist.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent command of the English language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
