Job Summary We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing cum Graphic Designer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns while also designing engaging graphics for various platforms. This role requires a balanced skill set in performance marketing and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities : Digital Marketing Develop and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Optimize content for SEO and lead generation Handle email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) Assist in website updates (WordPress or other CMS platforms) Graphic Design Design marketing creatives, brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and advertisements Collaborate on branding and visual identity projects Edit photos and videos for online promotions Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms Work with the content team to visually enhance blogs and marketing materials Key Skills Required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) Knowledge of social media platforms , paid advertising tools, and SEO Hands-on experience with Canva , Figma , or similar tools Understanding of branding, UI basics, and visual hierarchy Analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or any relevant field Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred) Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory) Video editing and animation (After Effects, Canva Video) Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics Experience with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 11 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
