Job Description (Females Only) We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Derma Magnetcia Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient data, following up with leads, and converting them into paying clients. Responsibilities: Patient Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including contact details, medical history, and treatment plans. Ensure data privacy and confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations. Lead Follow-up: Actively follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Address inquiries promptly and professionally, providing clear and concise information about our services. Schedule appointments and consultations with interested clients. Sales and Conversion: Conduct effective sales presentations to highlight the benefits of our treatments and procedures. Understand the needs and concerns of potential clients and tailor your approach accordingly. Close deals and convert leads into paying clients. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.
