Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude, ensuring guests and clients receive top-tier service while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
• Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with internal departments as required.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Varanasi Railway Colony, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
