Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate duties of all nursing staff across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and daycare Ensure adherence to nursing protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines Monitor staff attendance, leave, and shift rosters Provide training and orientation to new nurses Maintain and audit nursing documentation (vitals, medication, procedures) Participate in rounds with doctors and ensure nursing follow-ups Address patient complaints related to nursing care promptly and effectively Coordinate with HR and Admin for hiring, supplies, and disciplinary actions Ensure biomedical waste and linen protocols are followed Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
