Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will be responsible for professionally managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, and providing exceptional customer service. Organizational and administrative support to other departments will also be required, along with the efficient handling of communications and clerical duties.

Qualifications

Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent skills in Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing files and handling office equipment
Effective Communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide assistance professionally and courteously
Proactive and well-organized with attention to detail
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
Proficiency in basic computer applications
