Position Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, organised, and highly professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong data management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins; redirect queries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organised reception area at all times.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and front-desk data systems accurately.
• Manage courier handling, inward/outward documentation, and filing.
• Assist the HR & Admin team with data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure office hygiene and presentation.
• Support daily office operations and provide additional administrative help when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-groomed, pleasant personality and confident presence.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good data maintenance, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Prior experience in reception or front-desk roles is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,348.71 - ₹15,311.69 per month
