Job Description

Trimurthi Plastics is looking for a well-organized and professional Receptionist to manage all incoming calls, coordinate communication between plant heads of multiple units, and ensure smooth flow of information across departments. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors and must maintain a high level of courtesy, clarity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call Handling & Front Desk Management

  • Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to callers and ensure calls are directed to the right department or person.
  • Maintain a log of important calls, messages, and follow-ups for management reference.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are assisted in accordance with company protocol.

2. Coordination Between Plant Heads

  • Serve as the central communication link between plant heads from different units.
  • Relay messages, updates, and instructions accurately and on time.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, discussions, and follow-ups across departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow during urgent or priority tasks.

3. Administrative Support

  • Handle daily email communication and forward messages to relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and internal communication records.
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, documentation, and preparing reports when required.
  • Manage courier entries, visitor logs, and basic office supplies inventory.

4. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Uphold confidentiality and company communication protocols.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12th pass with relevant experience.
  • 3 Months of experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or front office executive (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, & kannada.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, call logs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
