Role & responsibilities

• Management of Reception Desk/ Area
• Attending In- coming Calls and answering queries of patients/diverting calls to the concerned official by understanding the importance/nature of calls.
• Attending Patients within prescribed TAT (Walk-In patients, Patients with appointment for consultation / surgery/ follow-up /facilitation of patient pick and drop for surgery etc.
• Collecting details of patients in the prescribed format in software.
• OPD file preparation
• Collection of Dr. consultation/ procedures and Surgery Fee/ advances if any etc. as per set norms and providing receipt in case of cash payment or through Online or approved transaction modes.
• Submission of payment collections to Accounts for each day before hospital closing hours with proper back- up records/proofs and signing off handing over taking over note by both parties.
• Maintaining Inward and Outward of couriers and materials being dispatched to other units on a daily basis.
• Shift change over with proper handing over- taking over process as per company norms.
• Adjustment of duty assignment to colleagues, in case of any emergency leave in co-ordination with reporting hierarchy.
• Close Co-ordination with OPD floor for Patient’s OPD/ testing /clinical evaluation and Dr. Consultation.
• Payment posting & Bill receipt dispatching to every patient against every receipt of payment.
• UPI payment receiving to be shared in UPI WhatsApp Group of the company.
• Credit OPD Patients: Referral Letter, ID card and Prescription.
