Role & responsibilities

To ensure that regular camps are organised in Corporates/Social Communities etc.
Driving the growth of Organisation through Business Development Activities.
To be responsible for Planning, developing business strategies, and its implementation and revenue generation.
Day to day monitoring of business development staff and their activities for desired results.
Preparing Activity vs budget plan for every year in alignment with corporate goals.
Designing incentive schemes for Business Development team in consultation with Management.
Participating in all Business Development meetings / discussions with management team
To be responsible for achieving / overshooting the agreed business target with team.
To extend help in the recruitment process with the right choice of candidates from the industry
To develop appropriate contacts and maintain healthy relationship with them.
To develop proper protocols and reporting templates for Business Development and revenue analytics.
To keep a watch on competition, their plans etc. to frame/ alter Organisations business plans according to market dynamics.
To be an active GROWTH PARTNER of Organisation.
To search feasibility to open newer units within and outside Gujarat.
