The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key responsibilities include greeting clients, managing appointment schedules, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves verifying identification documents, responding to basic client queries regarding services, and coordinating with the immigration team to facilitate client intake. Additionally, the receptionist will handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, processing payments, and maintaining a tidy and professional front desk environment.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and good organizational abilities. Familiarity with immigration services or legal environments is advantageous, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be courteous, organized, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
