Receptionist

Job Description

We are hiring a female receptionist for our Ayurvedic wellness clinic Taamra Yug in Mohali. The receptionist will be responsible for front desk management, patient coordination, appointment handling, and maintaining a professional and welcoming clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the front desk professionally
• Schedule and coordinate appointments & follow-ups
• Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp queries, and basic record-keeping
• Maintain patient registration & OPD flow
• Support daily clinic operations with politeness and responsibility

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Must be from Tri-City area (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula)
• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or graduate
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Fluent in Hindi and punjabi (basic English preferred)
• Previous experience as receptionist preferred but not mandatory

Timings

Full-time: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

(Monday to Saturday)
