Yoga Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Yoga Trainer to join our Ayurvedic wellness clinic in Mohali. The ideal candidate will conduct therapeutic yoga sessions tailored to patients’ needs and support holistic healing practices alongside Ayurveda.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily group or individual yoga sessions at the clinic
• Modify practices for specific health conditions (e.g., PCOD, back pain, stress, digestion)
• Assist in creating Ayurveda + Yoga wellness routines
• Maintain calm, professional environment during sessions
• Contribute to online content (Reels/Shorts) or community classes

Requirements

• Certified Yoga Trainer (from a recognized institution like YCB, Art of Living, etc.)
• Minimum 6 months of experience
• Strong knowledge of asanas, pranayama, and therapeutic yoga
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Comfortable working in a clinical Ayurvedic environment
• Female trainers preferred, but male trainers open for morning sessions

Job Type

• Part-time preferred (Morning or Evening slot)
• Full-time optional if trainer is open to assist in other wellness roles
• Timings: Flexible (e.g., 6:30–8:30 AM / 5:00–7:00 PM)
