Job Overview:

We are looking for a Front Office Associate to manage our front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage daily front office activities, including greeting and directing clients, managing mail, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
• Scheduling & Coordination: With the director, schedule and organize appointments and calls for customers, clients, and associates, ensuring smooth communication flow.
• Customer Interaction: Welcome, greet, and attend to clients, customers, and associates upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression.
• Hospitality Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen staff to offer clients and guests water, coffee, or other refreshments.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Office Support: Assist in administrative tasks as needed and collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient front office operation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience as a front desk associate, receptionist, or similar role in real estate or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary: Rs. 10,000- 14,000 per month In-hand

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
