Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit

Assist clients in booking appointments, making changes to existing appointments, and handling cancellations, both in person and over the phone

Handle client inquiries, providing information about services

Manage and maintain the waiting area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and inviting

Efficiently manage the appointment schedule using the salon's booking software

Notify clients of any appointment changes or delays and reschedule as necessary

Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing client records

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate staff member

Respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area

Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist role in industry like- clinic dermatech, kaya, dermapurity

Must have management experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal management skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Should have knowledge about excel

Age should be between 28-35 years

Salary depending on the experience
