We are looking for a professional and dynamic Receptionist who will not only manage our front-office reception but also handle our online B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, ExportersIndia, etc.) to support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reception & Front Office Duties:

1.Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.

2.Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and courier deliveries.

3.Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments.

4.Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Online B2B Platforms & Business Coordination:

1.Manage and update company profiles, product listings, and catalogs on platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, and ExportersIndia.

2.Respond promptly to customer inquiries, leads, and messages received through these portals.

3.Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to forward qualified leads.

4.Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and responses for reporting purposes.

5.Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are always updated and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Business/Marketing).

2.2+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in Online Sales Coordination.

3.Familiarity with B2B portals like IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia is mandatory.

4.Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

5.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet browsing).

6.Multitasking ability comfortable handling reception work and online platforms simultaneously.

7.Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
