Job Description

  • Greet patients and visitors courteously and handle incoming calls by answering queries or directing them appropriately
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and visitors regarding services and procedures
  • Schedule patient appointments and inform the concerned doctors or counsellors accordingly
  • Manage patient flow by notifying doctors or counsellors of patient arrivals and appointment status
  • Monitor service delivery against schedules and remind doctors or counsellors in case of delays
  • Maintain patient records systematically, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage office inventory and equipment by checking stock levels regularly
  • Anticipate supply requirements and initiate purchase procedures as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Offer support and basic guidance to patients as required during their visit
  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads to explain the facility and available services
