Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Interaction

  • Welcome patients in a warm, professional manner.
  • Check patients in and out, verify personal and insurance information.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate staff.
  • Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and policies.
  • Assist patients with completing forms and resolving basic concerns.

Appointment & Scheduling Management

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Manage provider calendars and avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Notify patients of delays, cancellations, or changes.
  • Coordinate follow-up visits and referrals when necessary.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Handle billing inquiries and collect payments or co-pays.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, messages, documents).
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
