Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with hospital or clinical experience being a plus. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are required to effectively interact with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar.
Maintain patient records and ensure documentation accuracy.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments as needed.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written).
Good computer skills (MS Office, basic hospital software knowledge a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
