Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist based in New Delhi. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform clerical tasks. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth daily administrative operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
Strong Customer Service orientation
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization
Proficiency in computer applications like MS Office and familiar with record-keeping practices
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus
