Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the face of Meister Rehab. As the first point of contact for patients and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients/clients warmly at the front desk
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and respond to inquiries professionally
• Schedule appointments and maintain daily appointment logs
• Follow up with patients for bookings, payments, and reminders
• Maintain patient records and update treatment files
• Collect payments and manage billing receipts accurately
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and other team members
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
• Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or service-based setup is a plus
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
• Basic computer and mobile application skills (Excel, WhatsApp, billing software)
• Punctual, organized, and polite
• Trustworthy and able to handle cash responsibly
