Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors, handling company phone calls, managing office supplies, co-ordinating office meetings and providing general office administrative support.

• Manage office emails, ensuring timely responses and forwading concerned queries to the relevant team members.

• Ensure all office documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Assist with daily office operations, including filing and managing office supplies.

• Manage Day to Day Office Administration including duties of Office Service Staff Air and Hotel Bookings for Senior Managment as per their travel plan.
