Business Development Officer

Job Description

• This role shall focus on fostering client relationships and implementing strategic initiatives to increase revenue of the company. •Conduct in depth market research to analyze trends, competitive landscape and consumer needs. •Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, developers investors and other stakeholders of the real estate sector. • Develop business development proposals and presentations and work towards long term business engagements. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility. • Oversee smooth execution of projects by coordinating with various internal departments. • Co-ordinate with concerned parties for selling, leasing and purchase of any property.
