Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Gurugram. The Receptionist will manage daily front-office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing high-quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include performing various clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records accurately.

Qualifications

Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficient in Receptionist Duties and providing exceptional Customer Service
Strong Clerical Skills including scheduling, managing correspondence, and record-keeping
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure
Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
