Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conferences. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence. Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed. Receive and distribute mail and packages. Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring logbook. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
