Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, manage inquiries, and take messages.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with customer appointments and showroom visits.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or customer service role is an advantage (Freshers may apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeano

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
