Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the Ayurveda hospital. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, guiding patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a calm and welcoming environment in line with Ayurvedic values of care and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, and emails; route them appropriately. Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors and therapists. Maintain and update patient records and registration information. Provide accurate information about the hospital’s Ayurvedic services, doctors, and treatment packages. Coordinate with internal departments (therapy, pharmacy, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless patient experience. Manage billing and invoicing processes as required. Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, peaceful, and aligned with Ayurvedic ambiance. Assist with admission and discharge processes of patients. Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant department.
