Job Description

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our unisex salon. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, coordinating with stylists, handling billing, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: • Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival • Manage appointment bookings via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms • Coordinate client schedules with stylists and technicians • Maintain a neat and organized reception area • Handle billing and payment processes accurately (cash, card, UPI) • Address client queries, complaints, and follow-ups • Promote salon services, offers, and retail products • Maintain daily records of clients, payments, and staff schedules • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction • Assist with inventory management of front desk supplies Requirements: • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred • Prior experience in a salon/spa/hospitality front desk role preferred • Excellent communication skills in English and local language • Presentable appearance with a polite and positive attitude • Good computer skills (MS Office, salon software, WhatsApp, POS systems) • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure • Willingness to work on weekends and flexible shifts.
