Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer interactions, coordinating appointments, managing basic accounts, assisting with social media, and supporting outreach activities. This is a multi-functional role that requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:🛎️ Front Desk & Customer ServiceGreet and assist clients, members, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously Schedule and confirm appointments, classes, and meetings Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently 💬 Customer Outreach & Relationship ManagementMaintain regular contact with members and potential clients Assist in executing customer retention and engagement strategies Follow up on leads and inquiries 📱 Social Media ManagementAssist in managing the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Post updates, promotions, class schedules, and customer engagement content Respond to online messages and comments in a timely manner 💼 Accounts & AdministrationAssist with basic bookkeeping and daily cash handling Generate and send invoices or receipts Maintain and update client and financial records 📋 General Office SupportMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area Order office supplies and track inventory Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting tools (e.g., Excel, Tally, or similar) Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner Knowledge of basic marketing or customer relationship tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
