As we embark on this new venture, we are seeking a dedicated Dropshipping Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our online store's operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and customer satisfaction. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Store Setup & Optimization: Establish and manage a Shopify-based dropshipping store, ensuring a user-friendly experience and high conversion rates. Product Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify trending products using platforms like AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing. Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Oversee order processing, inventory tracking, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to monitor store performance, analyze data, and generate reports to inform business decisions. Process Optimization: Implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. ✅ Requirements Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, AliExpress, meta-ads, CJ Dropshipping, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
