Receptionist / Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing all receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance of our company. Your friendly and perceptive personality will ensure that all visitors have a positive first impression of our organization. Your customer-oriented approach will be key in making guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued during their time on our premises. - Vendors Management - Material management including courier packaging - Petty cash handling - Inward and outward entries - Teleservices - Oversight of housekeeping activities - Management of official mail - Ordering food as per requirement - Travel booking - Maintaining stationary stock - Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with necessary materials - Greeting and welcoming guests - Addressing questions and complaints - Handling all incoming calls and messages - Receiving and distributing letters, packages, etc. - Preparing outgoing mail and securing parcels - Managing emails, office supplies, and orders - Maintaining updated records and files - Performing other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements and schedules Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role - Familiarity with office machines like fax and printer - Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping - Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word - Strong communication and people skills - Good organizational and multitasking abilities - Problem-solving skills - Customer service orientation - Proficiency in Hindi and English typing In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the job type is full-time with benefits such as Provident Fund, a day shift schedule, yearly bonus, and the work location is in person.,
