Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls and inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
• Assist in billing and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in a healthcare environment

Salary & Benefits
