Job Title: Receptionist (Female)

Salary: 10000/- to 15000/- per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, courier, etc.).
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and a neat reception area.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Maintain visitor logs and basic attendance records.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors or clients as needed.
• Support HR/Admin department in daily office tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling).
• Presentable and confident with a polite, customer-friendly attitude.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred but not mandatory.

Work Details:

Work Location: Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh

Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
