Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and well-presented Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage and direct incoming calls efficiently
Handle basic clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain visitor records and ensure effective communication within the office
Support daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Proficiency in clerical and administrative duties
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office software (MS Office, email, etc.)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Convent education background is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
